2023 Ford F-150 Overview

According to Car and Driver, Ford F-150 received the #1 spot for best-selling cars, trucks, and SUVs in 2022, with 653,957 new trucks sold. Built Ford Tough is going green with 15,617 units of Lightning, the new electric 2023 Ford F-150, sold as of January.
